I have a remote with no specific name just a Microsoft branded Xbox 360 wired remote, the serial code you can look up to see my issue with the port is
Microsoft XBOX 360 Wired Controller E-C015-05-4542(B)
But I just don’t see the correct port on the console even though it’s Microsoft brand...
