Xbox 360 Anybody else experiencing this

I don't usually get a close game in my player, but this usually happens to me before at the early part of my career.
End game-->>opposing team leading, they missed I got the rebound, then called for a timeout which is normal then after the time out, your player is benched!

It's annoying as hell because I'm pretty confident that I can win the game but didn't get the chance because of the game's logic.

Lol wow that sucks. That has never happened to me so late in the game. I have however been benched with about 2 minutes to play and playing a great game only for Jeremy Lin to come in who starts over me and blow the game. SMH. Usually they allow you to play because they'll give you the "Win the Game" mission.
