Personally, I am psyched that this is happening, because my poor PC specs just won't cut it. Being a longtime Diablo fan, it's irked me that I've had to miss out, and while I know the PC version will still be superior, I'm just glad I finally get to play it. As far as control is concerned, I'm sure it will be good, as Torchlight feels just fine on the 360, and they did rework the game for the console versions.

As of right now, this is what I'm anticipating the most, and I'd like to see if Diablo gets any love around here.

Edit: The title flub happened because I originally had "the Diablo III port", but it's technically not a port since it was reworked, and I failed to proofread from there. xD

No. I got it for the PC and that was enough. I'm sure you've heard about what the PC edition was like... it wasn't as fun as it should have been overall, but hopefully you'll have a better time of it, and I'm glad you're so happy at the thought of it.

Nope. My dad is a big Diablo fan so I bought him the game at release, and as much as he enjoys it, I think that it's a disaster. The game just doesn't live up to Diablo 2 at all. I think that it might have a little more success on the consoles because it is primarily focused on button mashing and with consoles you just sometimes want to switch off and mash buttons. I'd personally do yourself a favour and stay away from this title.

For some reason i thought it was only coming out on the Playstation 3, but seems that i was wrong. Anyway, definitely no, seeing how Blizzard managed to ruin the game so much. I think i prefer just replaying Diablo 2 once again when i need my fix of Diablo.

I'll be honest, I was so excited for Diablo 3 I picked it up midnight release and got Error 37ed like everyone else (boo). Still, I would say that while it was a fun game, they really rushed the end chapter for no reason, the enemy mob upgrades were severely unbalanced, as was the multiplayer difficulty scaling, and (when I played it last year) the auction house was more like a mad house. It was fun in parts, but failed to meet popular expectations.

Its better with friends, sure, but I say Diablo 2 was still king. Still, maybe they fixed a lot of it and this console version will be a lot better.

Did you call in sick for three days like everyone else? Or was that just me? What can I say I really anticipated getting a great gaming experience and that didn't exactly happen. It really should have been better, but who knows? Maybe they learned from the event... tch.

I'm not getting Diablo 3 on anything. I've already tried it out at a friend's house and Torchlight 2 is much better. Dunno why Torchlight 2 isn't more popular than Diablo 3, considering it's better AND cheaper. Guess brand recognition is everything these days.

Honestly I have not bought a Diablo game ever and I will most certainly not start with Diablo III considering it was god awful. As Claptrap said Torchlight II is so much better, I have yet to buy it myself but I was in the beta and really enjoyed the game. If any of you have a PC that came play games I would suggest Torchlight II since it's easily a better game.

To be honest, I won't be purchasing the Diablo 3 for my Xbox 360. I gave the game a chance on the PC, and while it certainly isn't a bag game, I just didn't really care for it all to much. Despite all my friends telling me how great and amazing the game is, it's just not for me. Still, I think it is great of Blizzard to decide and release the game on home consoles, especially after being only on PC for such a long time.

Yikes, I've seen some mixed thoughts on Diablo III, but nobody here seems to have enjoyed their Diablo III experience much or at all. Before the game was released, I wasn't too fond of the character models and animations, as they seemed WoW-ish to me, but I was eventually able to reconcile that in my mind. I hope Diablo III turns out to be a good experience for me, but if not, I won't say I wasn't warned.

I'm thinking about it since my PC couldn't handle it. My friends thought it was a decent game, so i'm willing to try it out. Hopefully this game will finally provide a means for me to stop playing Black Ops 2.

I've heard about this game and it sounds interesting, can anyone give me a link to a trailer or something please?
