Xbox 360 Are there any launch troubles/bugs that you have had to deal with?

The game is out there, in the wild now. How is Xbox Live holding up? Are the multiplayer maps glitching out? Are there any obvious problems on certain maps? Can you not combine certain weapons and attachments due to game errors?
