My kids want to get this game. I don't really want to. How hard is it to rack up points and hit these achievements? Do you have to play it on Live?

My brother has the game. You don't have to play it on XBox Live. You just rack up more achievements if you do. I think it's more fun playing on Live too because you are playing against other people (not just the ones in your house).
