Xbox One back up

can you replay a part of a game. I need to go back in Destiny, one part. I was not finished getting more weapons when I had to stop the game and when I restarted the game it jumped to the next part,, can I go back?

Never mind, I figured it out,I just had to make my destination the tower and I could get all my new weapons and armor. Thanks

yea destiny is weird some engrams will drop and if not picked up will be left as a message in the tower..
