Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts is a game that never stopped being fun for me. It's an odd duck that doesn't fit into any conventional game genres and probably isn't right for everybody. Despite its friendly appearance, Nuts & Bolts isn't exactly easy to pick up and play and might be over the head of some small children. There's a lot of depth here and the vehicle creation tools allow you to flex your mind and your fingers at the same time.

It's a shame, then, that vehicle handling feels so clunky and awkward, since it's such an integral part of the experience. It's also quite possible that the tutorial and construction will be too complicated and frustrating for younger gamers. Those are two major issues, but if you can look beyond them, there's fun to be found in Nuts & Bolts.

I think it was underrated. The game is a really great one to provoke your imagination and it is really fun to simply play around. Building vehicles isn't very hard, but can make the most out of your imagination. The game also has a great amount of incentive to continue. The fact that the more you play single player, the more things you can customize your vehicles with makes the game so much more interesting and addictive. I love this game and recommend it to anybody.
