Is the biggest loser game more of a cardio work out or is there some kind of resistance training involved? How long has the biggest loser been out? I do not currently have any fitness games on the xbox, only for the Wii. The games that I have for the Wii do not really give a good workout. I have thought about joining a zumba class as I hear it is a really good workout, but I am so uncoordinated that I would truly embarass myself, maybe having it on a game to do at home would work.
