Xbox One Black screen when exiting games.

Hey guys, I have a strange issue that just started yesterday. On my xbox one x when exiting games to home my screen turns black for about 3 to 4 seconds before. Star Wars started stuttering so I was instructed to clear the cache. To clear the cache I've used all the standard methods such as clearing mac address and reboot, used the actual restart option, and holding the power button down for 10 seconds for a shutdown. It seems that is when this all began. Then today Mortal Kombat X would not load. It would try then exit back to the home screen. I've only had this box about a month.
