Hello!
Often during gaming online and offline I experience an issue where my controller disconnects for about 5-10 seconds and then reconnects to the console. It happens in varying frequency. Sometimes it wont disconnect for an hour, but sometimes five times in two minutes. I thought that this issue could be fixed by simply replacing the controller, but this did not help. I also had my friends bring over more controllers and they had the same problem, so I think the problem is with the console not the individual controller.
Yes, I know i could just play with a wired controller, and I do have a wired controller, but I would much prefer playing with a wireless controller so if anyone knows how to fix this issue, some help would be very much appreciated! Thank you!
