Brand new Xbox One has been working fine for two days.
This morning, no problems. This afternoon we can't log in to two of the three profiles.
It comes up with a 'Fix this on the web' error. Went through the process as directed, but it says "We recently received a request to recover your Microsoft account *********98. Unfortunately, our automated system has determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership."
It asks for friends to verify your account by submitting the last three lines of emails they have previously sent you etc etc, but this was an account created solely for use on the Xbox and we don't have any email history.
Just going round and round in circles!!
I've read that we should remove the profile from the Xbox, but apart from being concerned about data loss, the microsoft account we created is locked down now due to the repeated reset password attempts!!
