I've had no luck reaching out to MS on plenty of occasions so I'm hoping an XBOX guru comes across this thread.
I can't get my XBOX to record correctly consistently. If tell it to start recording gameplay it'll just stop prematurely. When I go to look at what's recorded, it's a short clip with no sound. When I tell it to record what just happened, with my settings to record the last minute, 2 minutes (doesn't really matter) it will end up recording a 5 second clip, also with no sound. Randomly, it will work and then immediately go back to. It working.
Now this happens both when the internal storage is the destination and when external storage is the destination. It happened on my Xbox One, and continued to happen when I upgraded to a One X. My settings are fine. Has anybody come across this and been able to fix it?
Also, I'm only interested on getting THIS method to work correctly for now. I know of others but would like to use this native method.
