Xbox 360 Capture Noriega

OK, grandkids got me hooked. I am in the campaign "Capture Noriega" and Mason just seems to freeze up and not continue on. Finally got him to the motel, but can't get him to move up the stairs to the door. Am I missing something or do I have a problem with the game?

I haven't gotten that far in the campaign yet, but it sounds to me like you have a problem with your system or disc if it's freezing up a bunch. Every once and a GREAT while our xboxes will freeze mid-game, but it's few and far between. One thing you might want to try is to install the game to the hard drive. This may solve your problem. I'll keep my fingers crossed!

Agreed, I was having issues with the game locking up at a different point. I then reinstalled the game to the hard drive, and haven't had any problems since. You could also try cleaning the disc carefully.

Thanks, I'll try that. It's weird, because I can move around in the game, shoot, etc. I just can't get Mason to move up the stairs to the door so I can access it. And if I move to far away from Mason that session starts over with the comment "I did not stay with Mason".
