How do I get the chew the fat challenge. It's driving me nuts!

Haha...This one is actually super easy. It's in the 7th mission, which is Welcome to Hope. Just get to the bartender without starting a bar fight, which means don't piss anyone off! No flying fists! You'll get it no problem.
