One of my favorite aspects of playing a new video game is the opportunity to explore the new weaponry. When it comes to a futuristic game like Crysis 3, the guns become even more exotic and fascinating. Let’s have a quick look at some of the guns that are available as well as the upgrades as a result of powering-up those guns.

In order to level-up each weapon, you’ll need to obtain a certain number of enemy kills. However, beforehand you must reach a certain rank before you can even unlock that weapon. Through this guide we will look at the rank required as well as the level required to unlock so of the best weapons so you can dominate the multiplayer experience.

Primary Weapons:

Scarab Mod 2


This weapon is ideal for medium to close-ranged combat because it fires in short bursts with a high rate of fire and accuracy.

DSG-1

This powerful sniper rifle is an excellent choice for long ranged combat. With the zoom feature while in iron sights, you can headshot any victim with ease.

The O.G.R. is a machine gun that is highly inaccurate, yet very powerful. Fortunately, the gun fires in short burst allowing you to adjust in between shots.

The typhoon is an interesting weapon with 10 separate barrels that each holds 72 rounds. The weapon fires incredibly fast and with high accuracy. However, the high rate of fire will eat your ammo before you blink.

This is the primary sidearm that is available and best suited for close ranged combat.
