The only problem left is, that you need to located these Missions after you have found the Hidden Keys. If you need help finding some of the Hidden Keys, check out this guide here.

Just like the Hidden Keys, each secret mission falls into one of four classifications: Copper, Argent, Gold, and Ivory. Copper-level secret missions are the most common and basic secret missions while Gold and Ivory-level mission are more difficult to defeat. This guide will discuss the locations of each door as well as some brief strategies to overcome each challenge.

Secret Mission #1: Air Brawl

Luckily, the first secret mission can be found during the first mission. After you have encountered the Hunter for a short time, Dante will exclaim “Get back here!” Rather than chasing the boss, turn right down a side hallway to find the first secret mission door. Again in the fifth mission, you’ll find another secret mission. This Argent-level mission is found in the tunnels towards the end of the stage. On the straight path, you’ll need to avoid the pools of acid. As you travel, keep checking left for a cracked door. Once you find the door, use the Arbiter to smash through and discover the secret mission.
For this secret mission, enemies will only receive damage when they are inside the green circles. You’ll need to constantly travel from circle to circle. Secret Mission #10: Divergent Slaughter

In mission seven, you’ll find two more secret missions. The first mission is a gold-level secret mission. Landing on the upside down building’s lower underhang, just below a massive sign, you should see a few floating containers ahead of you. Even farther ahead should be some more platforms tucked away towards the left. Jump to the grey building and use the Angel Lift ability up to the platform. The second secret mission in mission seven is much easier to find. After you take the left, use Eryx to smash through the floor to find the secret area containing this Copper-level secret mission.
For this secret mission, you are required to defeat enemies using only angelic weapons. Oftentimes, Aquila is most useful since it can reach the highest amount of enemies.

Secret Mission #12: Taste of Heaven

In mission eight, you’ll find another Copper-level secret mission. After you use Demon Pull and send the large wall flying backwards to reveal a hallway, the floor ahead will crumble away. Jump up to the left edge and smash through the crack wall. At this point turn right and you’ll find blue vines that will require Aquila. Clear away the blue vines and jump across to the secret room which contains a Lost Soul and this secret mission.
This secret mission is surprisingly challenging for a Copper-level mission. With this mission, everything including Dante will die in one hit. For shielded enemies, be sure to use Demon Pull in order to expose the enemy first.

Secret Mission #13: Moderate Traversal

Again in mission eight, you can find an Argent-level secret mission. After you cross the first divinity statue in the upside down hallway, look upwards and towards the left for an open gate. Smash through the cracked door to find this secret mission.

Secret Mission #14: Subsistence

This next secret mission is a Gold-level mission that is found in mission nine. The door is in a large open room with hanging metal platforms. It should take just a few jumps to reach the secret mission once you enter the room.
In this mission you have to survive till the time runs out, and they don’t make it all that simple. Thankfully, a small portion of Dante’s health replenishes for every kill, so slaying enemies frequently will be your best bet to survive properly. You want to make sure that you destroy the Knights’ shields as quickly as possible so that you can unleash some combos on them. The Stygian waves are pretty easy to handle, and the Ravagers aren’t much of a threat either. Things get a bit hectic when the Dreamrunners start to arrive in the final minute. At this time you should activate Devil Trigger and go insane

Reward: Devil Trigger Cross Fragmet

Secret Mission #15: The Power Within

Afterwards, turn completely around and jump onto the raised platform. Travel to the left of this platform and look outwards for an Angel Lift ledge. Follow this ledge and you’ll reach the secret mission.
For this mission, you’ll need to defeat all the enemies. Focus on defeating the witch first since she can shield other enemies and then continue as usual from there. The Aquila is useful for depleting the Witch’s shield.

Secret Mission #17: Hasty Acquisition

Again in Mission thirteen, you’ll encounter a Dreamrunner ambush shortly after a divinity statue. Look below for a lowered platform that you can jump down to in order to find this Argent-level secret mission.
This mission is relatively straight forward, and just requires that you find the most efficient path to collect the orbs. It is useful to use Arbiter to throw out blasts with the “Forward, Forward, Y” technique.

Secret Mission #18: Extreme Traversal

In mission sixteen, continue through the stage until you reach the 106th floor. Explore this area until you find a hallway. At this point, look upwards for an Angel Lift point. Now instead of going up, follow down the stairs and you’ll find this Gold-level secret mission.
This mission is similar to the previous “Traversal” missions.

Reward: Devil Trigger Fragment

Secret Mission #19: Bait and Switch

The next secret mission is still located in mission sixteen, but on the 154th floor. On this floor, you’ll find this Copper-level secret mission after crossing a bridge to the tower’s elevator lobby.
This secret mission is slightly more complicated as enemies will only receive damage while the demon evade bonus is active. Upgrade this ability completely to make this mission smoother.

Reward: Devil Trigger Fragment

Secret Mission #20: A Day in Hell
In the beginning on mission seventeen, you can find this secret mission after you reach the first divinity statue. You’ll need to find the Angel Lift point in the distance. You will be required to make two Angel Lift jumps, an Angel Boost to a Demon Pull point which reveals a third Angel Lift point. Afterwards, you’ll find this Gold-level secret mission.
This secret mission is a preview of the Hell or Hell difficulty where Dante dies in one hit but enemies still have full health. This will require complete mastery over evasions and your combos

Reward: Devil Trigger Fragment

Secret Mission #21: Colossal Triumph

This final secret mission is located in mission eighteen. Enter the pathway that is closest to Vergil and search for an Argent-level secret mission just before you enter the Generator’s chamber.
For this secret mission, you’ll need to defeat the Tyrant within the time limit. This will require that you evade when he charges. It is most useful to use Demon Pull after he charges to stun him temporarily.

Reward: Devil Trigger Fragment
