Xbox 360 Do people still play this?

Everytime I go online its always so lonely. Yes the public servers are still filled with people but none of my friends ever go on? Why is that? I like this one the best out of all of them, the only flaw and complain I really have towards it is how the knifing is set up.

I'll hold my hands up and admit that I haven't touched my copy for a very long time. I guess that sequels always push earlier games to one side - people generally think that newer = better (not always true, but sometimes). Eventually the cycle goes round and older games become 'classic', get re-released with different packaging and everyone's like "oh yeah, I remember that, it was really good" and buy it again if they can't find their original copy (I've done that!).

Have you played 3? What did you like about 2 that makes it your favorite?

I'm guessing that people moved on to MW3/BOps 2. Hell, I saw some that went into MW3 but preferred to go back to Black Ops instead while they waited for BOps 2. Some people seem to still prefer the first MW. I'm not really too much into CoD, but it sounded like there were dedicated groups for every CoD game.
