I do personally; I enjoy The Daily Show, Colbert Report, and The Onion. If you also enjoy political humor, what show/blog/cartoon/etc do you enjoy?

Absolutely. Doonsebury was my favorite comic for many years and I've always had a thing for any sort of political satire.

Yes, absolutely. I would have to say my favorite satire is The Boondocks. It started out as a comic strip in certain newspaper. It was so popular that it eventually became it's own television series on the Adult Swim segment on Cartoon Network. It definitely hits on a lot of issues, particularly those involving the African American community. As a matter of fact, a fourth season is supposed to be in the works and I can't wait to see what the new episodes entail when they air.
