I'd never played this before on Xbox, only on my phone, but my friend just got the console version and as she doesn't have Kinect she brought it round to mine to try out. It took us a while to get used to the combination of aiming the catapult with one hand then releasing it with the other but once we did it was quite a lot of fun. You really feel like you're flinging those birds! Have you played Angry Birds using Kinect? Or do you prefer to use the controller?

To be frank, I think Angry Birds on consoles is just scheming. The game is only 99cents or even free on the mobiles. And the true way to experience Angry Birds is with the touchscreen.

The releases on consoles left a bad taste in me. It is more than a few times more expensive than the mobile counterparts.

To be honest, I agree with you (though I didn't like to tell her that)...for me it's more of a 'fill a few minutes while waiting for a bus' kind of game, not one that I would consciously choose to get out of the box, fire up the console, go through the menus etc, and to pay console prices for it is just not something I would do. But she likes it, so each to their own I guess!

Not yet, But Ilike angry birds game so much, got Different versions of the angry birds here: freeappstools.com, who can share

more versions. Thanks.

I play it sometimes on my phone, but as someone said that is where the game is made for. Not that I wouldn't ever buy it on a console but it does seem kind of like a money making venture!

Angry Birds for the Kinect exist? What is the damn difference? Do you fling the birds with your hand, is that it?

Is this really the reason why Microsoft wants to shove Kinect into everyone?
