I had to call Xbox yesterday for the first time since the release of the Xbox One. The automated prompt has been changed. Now the first thing they ask you is if you are on 360 or Xbox One. You hit 1 or 2, which means these calls are being routed differently. Does that mean that xbox one customer service representatives ONLY answer calls about xbox one? Is there a dedicated call center for the xbox one?
