Xbox One error code 0x87e00005

Hi All hopefully you can help me out .
Iv had no problems with my xbox 1 since we have had it until now.
Everything as working fine until a couple weeks ago my daughter tried to get onto fortnight but it needed an update.
every time she tried to update it cam back with this code (0x87e00005 wait till you have a faster internet and try again.)
The internet speed isnt a problem we have upo 50mbs. she also has fortnight on her nintendo switch and this is working fine and updates.
i tried the usual things rebooting the wifi. restarting the xbox. even restarting it from factory settings.
i have uninstall fortnight and still the same.
I have also got other games on the xbox and it wont update them.
i have tried to download a new game from gamepass and this wont download.
I jut dont know where to turn or what to do please can someone help

from what i have heard its a a micro soft server fault the and they are only ones that can solve it from their end, when who knows they will though because it must be costing them a lot in lost play store sales, this is what happens when greedy game developers release half finished games on to the system.
