Xbox One Evolve is officially delayed to 2015.

Another month, another news about a game getting delayed and this time it's Evolve. The title is now slated for a February, 2015 release.

So many games are getting delayed this year. I think it's time for publishers to stop announcing release dates before they are 100% sure the game's gonna make it. I don't understand why publishers and devs won't until the game's done before announcing a release date.

Luckily, that delay isn't horrendous, but you're right about this situation. Developers have been delaying more and more games, it seems. There's no reason they should give us a release date and then renege on it without any real explanation or compensation. Now I don't mean they should compensate us with money or a lower selling price, but they could throw in even the smallest amount of DLC to make up for such delays. Either way, delays can happen, but waiting to announce a release date ensures that delays are highly unlikely.

I'm not to bothered about it. With Destiny, 2k15, and the new Fifa, I'm going to be set until Evolve comes out.
