Xbox 360 Excellent game - but annoyed about multiplayer

I love the game, and I really enjoyed it, but it irritates me that Xbox Gold is required to play multiplayer. I bought the game - I shouldn't have to pay AGAIN to be able to play it as it was intended!

I hate when that happens. I can't remember what game it was, but i was so stoked on playing it with other people but i forgot that my account expired.

I never found any good matches online back when I played during the release time. It's a great co-op game. That is for certain for the game and I guess the series. Don't they have a few of them out now?

That is really annoying and I agree with you Yoshimizu...it's unfair to pay once for a game and then have to pay again to access a function within it. Did you go ahead with Gold so you could multiplay, or not bother?

I decided against the Gold. I have, however, bought a couple games where they came with a month of Gold for free, so I did get to try it out, then. I still wasn't much impressed.

I think a lot of people prefer not to pay extra for the Gold subscription. I don't happen to be one of them - I get a yearly because it's cheaper in the long run and I only have to pay once a year.

Well, welcome to Xbox 360. It is silly that you have to pay for Gold to play online MP but oh well. It has worked for Microsoft, I don't see that changing anytime soon! The game's quite old now, anyway, the online is probably dead...

I think the newest Tomb Raider has pretty annoying multiplayer.
