Xbox 360 Favorite Team(s)?

What is your favorite team on NBA 2k13? How do play the best with? I try to vary the teams I play with; Clippers, Celtics, Thunder, and even (although I can't stand them) the Heat and Lakers. I was just wondering who everyone else likes to run with...

Ahhhh, Heat fan in real life, Heat fan on the game. It just seems easier to me when you know more about the team, how to set up your play. Plus, let's face it, it's more fun to think you're actually controlling LeBron and the guys.

Same here! I am a Heat fan and they are my top choice in the game. When you know the team, the jump shooters and everything, your game gets much better. You actually know what you are doing and making great plays is fun.

I also like playing with NY Knicks, OKC and Boston Celtics.

Clippers! I used Heat but I can't get the shooting touch of LeBron especially after a crossover then a fadeaway.
I can get Garnett to shoot 3's when I play Celtics but LeBron, always a miss.

I am also having a hard time with Nowitzki, I can not get his touch.

I really like to play with the lakers, heat, and thunder simply because they are overrated on the game.

I use the San Antonio Spurs most of the time. I have been using them since NBA 2k7. It's a bit difficult to use them at first, but once you get used to the players that they have, you will enjoy using them. This team has a good inside game with Tim Duncan, and slashers Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker. They also have Blair, Leonard, and Splitter who hustle a lot and get a lot of garbage buckets. Diaw, Neal, Green, and Bonner can shoot the three ball. Mills is actually pretty good too. The Spurs have excellent team defense and believe me, this team is a beast.

I like to run a fast paced offense so I find myself using the Denver Nuggets often. As of late I've begun using the Warriors though, Stephen Curry is an absolute stud in the game and hits an insane amount of threes.

Knicks fan here, so they, by default, are my favorite team. Melo + Amar'e works and is pretty dangerous in a video game. And JR's cold streaks aren't a big problem in 2k, he hits more often than not. That drive and kick style mixed with a little posting up with Melo or Amar'e is killer... I think I had a 29-0 streak with the Knicks at one point.
