So, if you're like me you'll be wondering what the hell is a FIre Keeper soul as you travel through Lordran. You won't realize until its too late that these things are actually super important. Dark Souls is notorious for not telling you a thing, but that's why you have ole Murray around right!
Alright, the Fire Keeper Souls are scattered through out Lordran. The first one you'll probably run into is going to be guarded by a Tower Knight (Heavy Knight) at the Undead Parish. You'll get it and not think anything of it. Wooh Wooh my friend! These things are important. You use these by going to any Fire Keeper and trading it. Your Estus Flask will then become enforced and provide more health per chug. Now, the flask only goes to +7 so what do you do with those fire keeper souls then? Your choice, but you can consume them. Be warned through, if you go about eating souls and killing fire keepers then your bonfires are going to suffer.
The first fire keeper you have access too will be down the hill from the fire link shrine in a cell built into the hill. You can enforce that Estus there!
