Microsoft has announced the first 25 indie games coming through its ID@Xbox program. The full list below includes all 25 of today's announced games, but Microsoft was careful to note that this list isn't comprehensive. The company most recently announced 65 more developers as part of the program, which now boasts more than 200 studios in all, so obviously there are more games in the works.

It's great to see progress with so many Indie titles on the Xbox finally and even better to hear this is just a mere sampling of the games to come. MSFT really started from behind regarding Indies when compared to Sony, but they are quickly starting to correct the course. I'm a big fan and even bigger supporter of Indie games and this is definitely promising.

I'm looking forward to having some Indie games to play again. Any idea of prices on these games? Any idea when individual games will start releasing?

At the moment. I don't see any news about the release. But who knows, we might get this all in two months.

No news on that yet. They revealed the list, but not the date or other info.
