GTA is a sandbox game that is created to closely resemble reality as much as possible. But reality is had to emulate especially within the confines of a video game. What aspects of GTA do you feel are not in line with reality? Let me give you my list:
  • The ability to car nap any car at any time of the day
  • The ability to punch a guy in the face and walk on as if nothing happened.
  • The ability to get revived at the hospital after absorbing bullets to the body.

If i wanted realism, i think i would rather go outside. Not that a bit of realism is bad, but i don't want to suddenly lose a mission because i have a heart attack or fall to the ground in pain because of kidney stones. I prefer hitting a light post and fly at high speeds through the windshield, roll on the street and then get up like everything is fine.

Definitely this.
Imagine running from the cops and randomly tripping because of an RNG mechanic, then they arrest you and depending on your crime you must wait that long to play that save again (in hours, if you will?). And if you get killed? Game over. That's not to say that hardcore mode on some games isn't a cool challenge, but in a game like GTA? Nu-uh.
