Reports are coming in that Grand Theft Auto 5 is crashing some older Xbox 360 systems. There doesn't appear to be an official "fix" for the problem, but Microsoft has listed what they say will help if that's happening to you. I would write it down, but it involves too many steps to remember! It's like learning Vista when it first came out lol.
While I haven't had this problem, I was playing as Franklin and finished a mission where I found myself in the mountains. It was a long way from anything so decided to just take a relaxing stroll through the woods at night until I found civilization. Then I saw a mountain lion. I equipped my sniper rifle, took aim and BOOM! Headshot. I ran up to it and took out my phone to take a picture. I got the pic, but when I hit "A" to send it to the Social Club, it froze the game. I had to get up and turn off my 360 and restart. Oddly, the game saved and I didn't lose any progress, but I wound up back in Franklins apartment rather than in the mountain area.
Other then that I haven't had any issues with crashing. Has anyone had their system crash? If so,does it happen often or just on occasion?
