Xbox 360 Halo 4 Season Pass

I just found out that there's a Halo 4 "season pass" for $24.99. What all does the season pass get you? Where would I go to buy it if I decided I wanted it?

I'm not sure where you'd go to buy it, but I think it just gets you all the downloadable content for the game. I want to say that there are two or three sets of DLC coming out for the game at some point.
