For those of you that are playing both Halo 4 and Black Ops 2, what do you like better about Halo 4's online multiplayer? Personally, I like how there seems to be less cheating. I can't necessarily quantify that, but it just seems to be the case. I don't get as mad about cheesy kills when I'm playing Halo 4.

Well, I've never really been a big fan of close quarters combat, so I'd have to say my favorite "perk" of playing Halo 4 is that the maps are substantially bigger. A lot of the Black Ops 2 maps are just too small for my taste.

This doesn't really have anything to do with the online multiplayer, but I actually like Halo 4's campaign better than the Black Ops 2 campaign. As far as the multiplayer is concerned, I like the fact that you can take over and drive armored vehicles in Halo 4's multiplayer.

Chris34 - I'm with you about the bigger maps. I'm all about large boards!

Mystified - I liked the campaign in Halo 4 better than the one in Black Ops 2 as well.

Cooper - Aside from liking the boards better, like Chris34 pointed out, I also like the armor you're outfitted with. Specifically, I like how it takes so many more shots to kill or be killed in Halo 4 (due to the armor) than in Black Ops 2.

One of the things I like more about Halo 4 over Black Ops 2 is Spartan Ops. I like how Halo 4 is releasing a new "mission" every week for free. It's a way to keep Halo 4 from becoming boring after you've beat the campaign. I don't think I've ever seen Call of Duty release free DLC.

I like the durability of my character in Halo 4. It seems like you can take more punishment in Halo 4 than you can in Black Ops 2. It seems that there are more children playing Halo 4 than Black Ops 2 though. Therefore, the maturity level of my teammates seems to be higher in Black Ops 2.

Really? I find the average age level of the people playing Black Ops 2 to be pretty low. Well, at least their maturity is pretty low.

Overall, I prefer Halo:4 slightly over Black Ops 2 mainly for the overall pace of the game. Halo: 4 allows you to relax while you play and still stand a chance while in Black Ops 2 you have to be paying attention or risk being killed while you are distracted.

Even though Halo 4 is heavily inspired by Call of Duty, it still feels like Halo. That being said, a Halo experience has always trumped Call of Duty for me due to the fact that the better player typically wins in Halo, while anybody can do well in Call of Duty. I enjoy Black Ops 2, and I think it's one of the finer Call of Duty games, but still inferior to Halo 4. I also agree that cheesy tactics are less frustrating in Halo, because if you're dying to them many times consecutively, you're at fault. In Call of Duty, it's just down to seeing your opponent before they see you.

honestly black ops has a better multiplayer. No hate to halo players.
