Xbox 360 Hardest commendation to complete?

I think the Perfection one is the hardest. That or the Crawler Sniper slayer commendation in Spartan Ops. It has the same, massive requirement as regular Crawlers, yet only 2 or 3 Crawler Snipers appear per Spartan Ops level ugh.

I haven't completed all of them, so I can't really say which is the hardest. I'm hoping to get them all by the end of this month but that probably is not very realistic.

Uh, no way! I've been playing since release and I think I'm at 33%.
