I just pre-ordered mine on Amazon and can't wait until September 17, well I don't think i'll receive exactly on September 17 but you get the point. I've been following GTA since ps2 days and still play some of their classic games especially San Andreas the most. So have anyone else pre-ordered there copy or they're going to wait in line or wait until it's sold out!!!?

Not a big fan of pre-ordering for when it comes to games, the only thing I pre-order now are music albums off iTunes. I like to watch a few reviews off youtube first and then decide if I'm going to buy the game. Sure, GTA is a great game and I like the trailers, but still going the normal way, with patience. Same goes for the new Xbox, not rushing.

I've gotten into the habbit of pre ordering games like a day before they come out haha. I'll wait to see what the bonuses are and then go with the one that I like the most. That being said though I'm def gonna get it on the 17th. Let the whore murdering fantasies begin!

I might pre-order it, but being the cheap guy I am, I will probably wait for a discount and then buy it.
Now for saints row on the other hand...

The game looks great but I don't pre-order games. I'll get it after a while, when the price has dropped or something. No need to rush! I still haven't even bought Bioshock Infinite, for example, so I have a huge backlog of games.

Seeing that this will be filled with DLC, i think i will wait for a price drop or a GOTY edition, because, let's be honest, this is already GOTY and it still hasn't came out.

I know I'll end up getting it, but I don't think I'm going to pre-order it. I'll probably end up waiting for the price to drop like others. I only pre-order games that I am deeply in love with! It's cool that you like the whole series that much.

I haven't pre-ordered it, but I am extremely interested. I've learned from mistakes in the past (*cough* Modern Warefare 3 *cough*) that it's best to give these things some time and see how they pan out as release date draws near. We've yet to see any real gameplay from GTA 5 yet, so it's unclear exactly how it will look/feel/behave. That being said, I'm trusting the game is going to be on the same level or better than other GTA titles, but I think it's a bit nonsensical to commit money to a product that we all know very little about.

I never pre order games this early. I'm more interested in learning what consoles they plan on launching on and what both have to offer. If the Xbox One is available at the time of release, I will go with the new console probably. But I won't pre order until later near the release.

I mean, this is Rockstar here... these guys almost never fail to deliver and the GTA series is their Golden Child - I refuse to believe Rockstar would put out a bad GTA game. There's just too much on the line and the series is too big of a cash cow for them for Rockstar to be able to afford to damage their brand. Look at Diablo III, they released a crappy game and now the Blizzard image is completely destroyed and thousands of gamers have lost faith in their company and their ability to create amazing games. Rockstar's track record for GTA is pretty much perfect thus far and I'm confident that your money will be in good hands if you do decide to pre order.

That being said, I haven't pre ordered it yet because I'm probably just going to wait for a PC release.

I don't like pre-ordering but I'll still definitely be getting it on launch. I don't think the bonuses are worth making me fork over any money for the game now.

I am going to wait for any bonuses to be revealed. Honestly would love it if they brought it out on PC around the same time unlike last time where PC gamers had to wait almost a year after console release just to play GTA 4.
But to be honest It looks possible that I will be pre-ordering it on console because its looks so great and I am impatient. Love the idea as playing as 3 characters and city graphics looks amazing

I pre-ordered mine a few weeks ago and actually got a free poster from Bestbuy for doing so which is pretty cool. Like others have said, I have no worries about the game being bad as I have yet to play a game created by Rockstar that was anything less than amazing, especially from the Grand Theft Auto franchise! I am pretty upset that the game won't be coming to the Xbox One as of right now. I don't think it will ever come to the One at this stage in development but you never know!

I would pre-order, but honestly I'm holding out that there will be an Xbox One version of GTA V announced. It seems odd to me that Rockstar would't go after those who are buying the new consoles. I suppose I could wait a few weeks for an Xbox One version after the 360 version is already released, but if it's going to be 4-6 months later then I will probably go ahead and pre-order for my 360.

I haven't preordered it, but am counting on getting it as soon as it releases, barring major issues like what happened with Sim City.
Where I live there is usually no need to preorder, I just walk into the store on the day and get it, easy peasy :)

I never pre-order my games. There has just been so many times where I've seen people be fooled by pre-order bonuses and etc. The only time I do pre-order games is if it is nearly guaranteed to be good. For example, I did pre-order Bioshock Infinite. You could argue that was a risk but I really loved the first two Bioshock games and the pre-order bonus was actually the X-com game.

GTA is also a safe bet but I'd prefer to wait for review before I drop this kind of money.
