Xbox 360 Having a hard time choosing between the new DMG and Dead Space 3

I'd love some help in deciding on whether to purchase the new DMC or Dead Space 3. I've got a limited budget, so I can only get one of the two. I'd love to hear your opinion on the two titles. Thanks!

I'm more interested in Dead Space 3. I enjoyed the first two games and I've heard the third is really good.
Both games have good rating. I've heard more on Dead Space 3 though (I don't look for reviews).

What is making you not decide easily?

I'm not too terribly impressed with dead space, just didn't get into it as much as most people. Have you made any progress in deciding yet?
