Hello I am new here but I am an old Xbox player.
I hope someone can help me with my Xbox problem. Can’t get anywhere with Microsoft help. The issue is I reset my Xbox and lost all my games and apps. I provided all the information to Microsoft to help me get my account back. I got my account back but it’s the wrong gamer tag and I don’t have access to my games. I see all my games and apps but unable to open them due to the wrong gamer tag on my account. If someone could please help me I would so much appreciate it.
