Xbox 360 How do I save?

I've been playing for a couple hours and I need to stop, but I don't want to get out of the game until I've saved my progress. How do I save? I can't find anything that says "save."

I think if you just quit it will automatically save or at least come up with an option once you select quit. It's been about a month since I played but I'm pretty sure thats how.

That one has an auto-save, so you don't have to remember to save. While it would be nice to see it and KNOW you have saved it, it does pretty good about saving regularly for you.
