Xbox 360 How is the end boss?

Has anyone finished this game yet? I'm a sucker for spoilers and I was just wondering what epic boss is that the end of this one. I know Nicole was kind of a PITA to beat in the last one. At least she was for me.

I actually liked the end boss fight, simply because it's so over the top. I'm not sure if you've gotten this far in the game yet, but there are these charging plates which supercharge your kinesis abilities. At the end of the game, Convergence happens and there's this planet-sized monster that forms, and you have to take it down by shooting Markers (yes, that's correct) at its eyes, using the charging plates. It's pretty much insane.

I thought it was ironic that you defeated a monster that was using Markers throughout the universe by shooting them into its eyes. I remember playing through this game and wondering "How are they going to top the boss fight in Chapter 12?" And this was the answer. I just wonder, when we get to Dead Space 4, what the final boss will be?

I looked up some videos of the fight and it looks pretty wicked. Do you think they'll be able to top this in Dead Space 4? I'm certainly looking forward to seeing if they can!

I just hope that Dead Space 4 can return to its horror roots. Or maybe a bit of action and set pieces but still focused on horror, like DS2. And I'm doubting that they can pull off another boss fight this dramatic, since DS4 might be a reboot and there won't be such a big ending to the beginning of another series.
