I have two xbox one's in the house and 2 kids that are both setup in my family with their own accounts. I have purchased xbox live under my account but I cannot figure out how to allow both kids to use their xbox accounts to play on both xboxs simultaneously. I think I've gone through every possible option, both xboxs are set as "My home xbox" but when one of the kids signs in with their account and tries to play online they are asked to purchase a subscription. Sometimes one xbox will allow them to sign in but then the other will not. Sometimes I can sign in with my account then sign in with their account and they can play, until I go and sign in on the other xbox then it kicks them out. Why did Microsoft make this so difficult. What am I missing?
