Xbox One How to Get Xbox One to Turn TV Off with Voice Command

Does anyone here know how I can get my Xbox One to turn my TV off with the voice command? Its already connected to my TV as I can mute the volume, turn up the volume. But when I say Xbox Turn Off TV or Television, it doesn't do anything.

Settings > TV and One Guide settings > Power Settings

After you add the tv there, when you say "Xbox Turn Off" it will turn off the Xbox and the TV.
