Xbox 360 I have to ask Which of the 3 Dead Space titles is your favorite.

For me personally nothing can compare to the atmosphere of the first Dead Space. It had it all. It would scare me half to death and then a second later it was quite with nothing going on and then i was blowing parts off of hybrid alien mutated dead people with out even knowing it! However, for me it felt as though after the first Dead Space they tried to take the franchise into different waters, which i can understand i mean where else can you really go to progress the story and still make big bucks, but still nothing had given me chills like that game did since Resident Evil 4 for the GameCube back in the day...thenRE5cameoutandkilledthewholefranchise.Anyway back on topic.

What is your favorite Dead Space.

The first one is the best. Best atmosphere, truly feels like a "horror" title. Dead Space 2 was still "horror", I guess, but I didn't feel it. It wasn't as good. DS3 is just... action...

The original is my favorite too. I haven't played 2, have played 3 but it didn't thrill me like the first one - it looked and sounded good enough but just didn't have that same 'oomph'. It was pretty repetitive. I thought the idea of having a cult was great and there was a lot of potential in that, but they didn't deliver it well enough. Sometimes sequels just don't live up to their ancestor!
