Has the play and charge kit for xbox one released yet? If so, how much is it? Those that have, how long does a full charge lasts before needing to recharge again?

Really? Guess I wasn't thinking about getting it before so how long does it last after a full charge? The 360's charge kit lifespan was aweful, how many hours before a recharge is needed for the One version?

i have a charge/play kit. i have yet to unplug it tho... i play it connected. the cord is a decent legth and you would be suprised how often you need to disconnect it.

with apps like netflix, hulu, amazon ect ect... smartglass works suprisingly nice and all the 360 bugs seem to be fixed. only time i really use my controller in in game.

I bought it at launch. I also bought the Energizer charging dock (includes batteries). Both have been working flawlessly and the XB1 really conserves power because I have gone for days before needing to charge.

If I remember correctly it costs 20 bucks. I think the battery life, so far, is MUCH better than the 360 version I had. I have gamed quite a bit since getting my XB1, and I have only had to charge the controller a few times.

I noticed too that the batterties I use lasted a lot longer than the 360 controller but still not very cost effective in the long run. It seems that the Charge Kit for the One is a lot better, I'm going to buy after the holidays.

I have read that the One lasts way longer than the 4. I wonder why?
