If you haven't heard of it yet, Killer Is Dead is a dark, gritty James Bond type action game that is being developed by Grasshopper Manufacture, Inc.and is slated for release sometime during summer 2013. Grasshoppers other games include No More Heroes and killer7, neither of which was available on the Xbox 360. As you can tell from the trailer, this is a very dark, Japanese styled game about....Love and Execution.

looks good, def got a unique style to it. Reminds me of Tenchu.

Looks great, really like the art design with all these saturated colors, I only hope this game also plays well, Suda games like No more heroes and Killer 7 were very stylish but they lacked in the gameplay department.

The trailer is great and the game looks great and all but what I really came here for is... to show ya'll the ENGLISH version of the trailer that got released very recently, so you can check out the voice acting (and rewatch that glorious trailer)

So is this a sequel to Killer 7?
No, it is not. It's a game by the same studio and has a similar art style. It also has Killer in the title. But that's about it, I doubt it has any more ties to killer7 than what I mentioned...

Still, it looks freaking awesome! And i do expect a good game this time, Shadows of the Damned and Lollipop chainsaw were severely lacking in the fun aspect. That or maybe i didn't like the characters/setting.

I personally loved Shadows of the Damned and Lollipop Chainsaw soooo... yeah. But I've loved everything from Grasshopper so far! My only issue with Lollipop Chainsaw is that it's too short and that Juliet's father deserves his own game cuz he's so badass.

I enjoyed Lollipop Chainsaw too - I just love Juliet, she's awesome! The trailer above looks really good, the visual style is so distinctive. I'm a big anime fan in general and I love when games emulate that.
