Did you know that the Lara Croft game that's coming out in a month or two is going to have multi-player?

I read a review of someone who has a beta copy and supposedly it's going to be awesome. I thought it'd be lame...everybody wanting to play Lara and not everyone being able to, but instead, it's actually her friends that you play as and you really do have to coordinate with your team or it's fail.

You can't kill people with guns either. In order to do so, you can wound them with the gun and then you have to run up and melee them. That adds a new level of risk, too.

I have to say that it doesn't sound too appealing. Multi-player games usually need to have multiple "main characters" or no MAIN character but just several playable characters. I think it is just a weak attempt at getting themselves into the multi-player world.

I won't be buying that game. It really sounds like a desperate way to keep up with the competition.

I'm not too sure about that one....it just doesn't sound all that appealing to me. I don't know, it's a bit of a risk setting it up that way. It could be really interesting, or it could just kind of suck. lol.

I have already played the new Tomb Raider and I have to say that the single player game is absolutely breathtaking. The multiplayer mode though is a very ho-hum experience and needs a lot more tweaks. Multiplayer Tomb Raider is not as enjoyable as the single player experience.
