Xbox One Latest Update Kills Apple TV HDCP

I updated to the latest software a couple days ago and now AppleTV no longer works. Tonight I troubleshot it and when I unplugged Xbox one it worked fine. For now the Xbox one is totally unplugged due to this failure. Anyone else have this issue? I tried two separate apple TVs and both failed to handshake HDCP.

contact microsoft xb1 help desk they are quite helpfull... irrc the new hdmi pass thru was part of the update..
