Xbox One loading times

Forza takes forever. Took a bath, ate my dinner and it's still loading. Not sure about the other games though. What other games are available? Are there any discounts these days? Like in walmart or best buy? I need to get more games. (getting addicted to this console)

I've noticed loading times with Forza, but it's not that unbearable.

What do you mean loading time? Install?

If so its 31GB so its gonna take close to an hour, I believe that's how long BF4 took for me and its 33GB

As far as deals, Amazon and Walmart are selling launch titles for $49.00, Best Buy will price match, just pull up the app on your phone and show them, I did it today for AC4
 
Nice deal beans! Your sister is cool for letting you have her Best Buy gift card. Nice deal. Yes, the loading times are long and it is normal. I just like to load it up and do other things while I wait.
 
Oh yeah forgot to mention, you guys do know that once you hit 10% you can start playing the main game (no multiplayer). I did this with AC4 tonight, its only 20GB and was done in 20minutes.
 
That is just the nature of discs. The load times are going to be outrageous until someone figures out a solution. This has been the case since PS1.
 
I'm not sure if i'm just expecting too much but i'm honestly not impressed with the loading times of the xbox one. It's definitely better than the 360 but it doesn't seem to be 7 years worth of technology better. It seems that what it's lacking is an SSD.
 
Depends on the game. Some games don't even load once you start playing.
 
Oh I just realized it was in game load times, watching an IGN XB1 review they discuss it and they only say Ryse & DR3, you guys are also saying F5. So it seems to just be affecting exclusive titles since I have no issues with AC4/BF4
 
To me the xbox seems to load EVERYTHING slow. from snaping something on the side to going back to a game,to turning on the xbox, to loading up a game...idk i expected it to be way faster...the 360 turns on and loads things faster then the xbox one does imo
 
Don't tell me these loading times are comparable to the PS3? From the way it looks, seems the Xbox One might be the PS3 of the next-gen. Then again, I haven't chatted with any PS4 user yet telling me about the loading times. Well, it's still too early to say if the Xbox One's loading times will stay like this forever. A few patches may do the trick.
 
Ryse and Forza are bad. Forza has to sync out the drivitar stuff, so that could be part of it.
 
So loading time problems I see? Microsoft has got a lot to do if they want it to be smooth for those who have Xbox One. I think with a few patches the loading will go faster. But we'll see about that.
 
I hope a few patches will make the One faster cause Booting up and everything takes to long for my liking, all this hype saying it runs smooth and boots up faster then my pc...which btw my pc boots up in 4.7 seconds and the xbox one is no where near that lol

Totally agree. They have to update it a lot. My pc works way faster either way I still like xbox one.
