Mafia 2 Achievement Guide. Part 1.

Mafia 2 Achievement Guide. Part 1.

If you are not able to find the required achievements, check out the "Mafia 2 Achievement Guide. Part 2."

Introduction

Mafia II (created by the famous 2K Czech) is an amazing sequel to the original Mafia title. This time you are going to play in the City of New York during the late 1940's and early 1950's. Everything here looks different: cars, building, people. But there is one thing that hasn’t changed for years and it’s Mafia. The city is still ruled by people who are not interested in following law because this is boring. Unlike all the expectations and rumors – Mafia II is a worth sequel with unexpected story turns, traders, scary people and lots of guns.
The game itself is pretty simple and you won’t have problems completing it. The gameplay is not complicated and despite of a few missions, this will be an interesting journey. You might wanna start playing the game on harder difficulty because there are some achievements that depend on it. There are some collectibles in the game and if you plan to gather them all, do not forget to check our guide for those achievements. And, if you miss something in a mission – you can always replay it by going to the “Chapter Select” in the Main Menu.
All in all there are 67 achievements and completing them will take some time. In general, achievements are not hard to get and I would give them something about 5 on the complexity scale. It should take you about 30 hours to complete all the story related achievements and some more if you go for DLC achievements.
If you enjoyed the original Mafia title, you are definitely going to like Mafia II. Everything here was made with love to the Mafia fans and everything from the city life to the great library of music will make you feel comfortable. Well, let’s get started!

Below are the achievements for Mafia 2, along with the number of achievement points you’ll receive and a summary on how to get each achievement.

Mafia 2 Achievement List
There are 67 achievements with a total of 1500 points.

Viva la Resistenza! (20)
Complete Chapter 1.

This is story related and can’t be missed. You need to finish “Chapter 1: The Old Country.”
Mission 1: “Storming the Army Stronghold”
I was really surprised with the very first mission of Mafia II because despite all the expectation, you won’t start the game again at the bottom of mafia’s food chain moving higher and higher. Well, you will but now with an amazing background. And even despite of the fact that this background will take no more than 10 minutes, you will definitely enjoy it.
Story begins in the times of WW II. You and your squad approach a little settlement where a possessed dictator kills people to show his totalitarian rule. Of course, you have a role of the mercenary who kills the guy. Use your rifle to snipe the dictator on the balcony and start the assault. Here’s what you need to do the next: move upstairs > wait for machine gun to destroy a number of rebels on the right > when the shooting stops – run pass the door and enter the window on the left > take cover behind the walls and do not forget to toss a grenade to take out the machine gun and the nearby soldiers > wait for your health to recover > check your ammo and if none – arm up with whatever you find (a soldier can’t just run without no weapon in his arms!) > kick open the door on the right and support the rest of your unit while moving upstairs > if you want to save the hostage (and I am pretty sure you want) aim carefully and kill the soldier holding a person (a little spoiler though – they will die anyway, so – don’t bother).
When the winning faze is over, you will be forced to the balcony with the new wave of enemies. Don’t worry – that is how things should go. Now your role is to shoot off the bad guys from the balcony and luckily – your squad will take care of the rest. But, when you come back inside, one of the enemy soldiers will kill one of your allies and point his gun straight at you, so react fast and take him down before he gets you. After that – move to your left and arm yourself with the machinegun (there is nothing better than a machinegun). As far as it has infinite ammo, you can really enjoy the time spent together. However, the fun won’t be long because after the heavy artillery fires off its shell – the chapter will end and so will your ARMY story.

Home Sweet Home (20)
Complete Chapter 2.

This is story related and can’t be missed. You need to finish Chapter 2: “Home Sweet Home.”
Mission 1: “Protecting the Family”
You’re back home only to find out that things are not going that well after all. After your friend Joe drops you off at your mother's place, you spend the night and in the morning you discover that your family owes money to a loan shark. Francesca, one of your sisters, gets offended by one of the enforcers who came to get the money back and you, being a perfect brother, defend her by brawling the goon. The fight itself is not hard. Relax – game creators won’t let you die at the very beginning of the game. Hold down the dodge button and this will make you invincible. After all – you’ve been in the ARMY! Wait for him to swing and quickly throw a counter punch to easily hurt him back. Bloody finishing move will cool down the offender and with Francesca saved you can now return to Joe's.
Mission 2: “Car Jacking”
To recover your health, you should eat. If you were hurt during the fight – take some food from Joe's fridge to replenish your meter to full. Without food you won’t be able to fully recover your health. When you’re done having breakfast, meet with Joe, get into his car and follow the waypoint on your map. Here you will be welcomed to the world of taking what is not yours: Joe will present you a lock pick that will allow you to open almost any locks discreetly. The process of opening locks is pretty easy: push on the lock's pins and when they turn green, use the wrench to secure them into place. You can practice your lock picking skills in the store and when you’re done – go out and steal the car nearby. Well, your activity won’t come unnoticed and a cop will start chasing you. Simply drive out of his range and take the car to your next waypoint to change plates and give it a new color. This will help you to make the car “invisible” to cops until your next crime.
Mission 3: “Favor for Mike”
Get in your new ride and take it to Mike's junkyard – this is the place you will visit from time to time because here lives the magic. Also, here you will get your first handgun and your first job. Your task is to steal another car (another specific car). But, before leaving, do not forget to test your new gun and with the extra ammo you can actually go wild. When you’re done having fun - follow the waypoint and arm yourself > hop the fence > shoot the guy on the other side > take cover and shoot anyone else who appears. When the area is clear – get inside the car and steal it. When you start the engine, a few more gang members will appear: some on foot and some will chaise you in their cars. Just get away from them by tailing on the road or, if you get lucky, set them up and let the cops catch the bad guys. Get the car to Mike's junkyard and accept your first payment.
Mission 4: “An Honest Job”
You’ve had a hard night – get back to Joe’s and have some rest. In the morning you will have to head to the docks where you’ll be offered a job. Not the best opportunity ever but hey – someone has to work for the family, don’t you think? Your first job will be to move boxes into the back of a truck. I honestly tried to move them all but at a certain moment (after you move three or so boxes) the game will automatically make you leave to the next stage. Now you will get a real job, at least the one that brings you money. Your task is to extort money from the dock workers. Just go up to every worker and talk to him. Most of the workers will give you money easily but there will be those who will choose to fight back. Luckily, you know how to fight: dodge until he throws a punch, counter with a quick attack and do this until you take him down. After you’re done beating up dock workers, collect your cut from Derrick and head home to complete the chapter.

Back in Business (10)
Do your first job for Mike Bruski.

This is story related and can’t be missed. You will get this achievement while progressing through the Chapter 2. Just complete the following mission.
Big Brother (10)
Protect Francesca.

This is story related and can’t be missed. You will get this achievement while progressing through the Chapter 2. Just complete the following mission.
Mission 1: “Protecting the Family”
You’re back home only to find out that things are not going that well after all. After your friend Joe drops you off at your mother's place, you spend the night and in the morning you discover that your family owes money to a loan shark. Wait for him to swing and quickly throw a counter punch to easily hurt him back. Bloody finishing move will cool down the offender and with Francesca saved you can now return to Joe's.

A Real Gentleman (10)
Help the woman fix her car in Home Sweet Home.

This is a missible achievement and I actually ran pass it while playing the game for the first time. Well, it is not hard to complete and, as a matter of fact, it is one of the easiest achievements in the game. However, if you do not know about its existence, there is a great possibility that you will leave it behind as well as I did. The achievement itself can be found in the Chapter 2. As for the timing – it will appear after you help your sister and are on your way to Joe's place. Exit the alley way and head to the other side of the road, just before you turn right on the corner. There will be a couple arguing about the broken car. Wait for the husband to finish the argument and let him go away. Now, get closer to the car’s engine and press the “X” button when you see the “Repair Engine” option.

The Price of Oil (20)
Complete Chapter 3.

This is story related and can’t be missed. You need to finish Chapter 3: “Enemy of the State.”
Mission 1: “Escort”
Henry has a job for you: you need to rob Gas Stamps from a government agency. Of course, you can simply get inside, make a lot of noise and run away. Or, you can talk to a beautiful girl and use your charm to find out about the building, its weaknesses and other useful things. You can gain a lot of information regarding the layout by meeting with one of the workers, Marie. Follow the waypoint to reach her apartment. Find a suitable car, pick the girl up and drive Marie to the hospital to visit her sister. During your little trip she will share some secrets including the back window being unlocked and the number of guards. Use this information in your future mission.
Mission 2: “Gas Stamps”
When you are left on your own, head to the government building > hop the fence > head towards the bathroom window > get inside. When you are in the government agency, stay in the sneak mode and avoid the guards. It shouldn’t be hard. Step by step sneak up to the top level by taking the stairs on the right. Kill the guards only if you need to with a melee attack from behind (neck break). When killing the last guard, do not forget to steal his Playboy (this is one of the collectables). Now, instead of heading to the safe right away, take the descending stairs on the other side of the hall and enter the basement. Not only this will reveal a couple of collectables but also will help you out in your mission seriously. The thing is that from the basement you can disconnect the security alarm which means – no reinforcement, cops or whatsoever. Get back to where you were and enter director's office > grab the safe keys from his desk > head to the safe that is just a few steps down the hall > lock pick the barred door > open the safe with your keys. As far as the alarm is off, you won’t have any troubles taking the gas stamps and getting them outside. Exit the building quietly and return to Henry. Unfortunately, this is not the end because the gas stamps you came with will expire tomorrow and you need to sell them immediately before the midnight. Find a fast car (an average vehicle will work just fine) and visit six different gas stations selling your stamps. You will find 5 of those on the island you are on right now, so it might be a good idea to sell the stamps here first. When you’re done – head across the bridge to reach another section of Empire Bay to load off the last stamp. When you sell the 6th stamp – get back to Joe and finish the chapter.

The Professional (10)
Obtain the ration stamps without raising the alarm.

Get back to where you were and enter director's office > nab the safe keys from his desk > head to the safe that is just a few steps down the hall > lock pick the barred door > open the safe with your keys. As far as the alarm is off, you won’t have any troubles taking the gas stamps and getting them outside. Exit the building quietly and return to Henry. Check out the "The Price of Oil" achievement for video guide.

Mail Man (10)
Sell all the gas stamps before the time runs out.

Night Shift (20)
Complete Chapter 4.

This is story related and can’t be missed. You need to finish Chapter 4: “Murphy's Law.”
Mission 1: “Jewel Heist”
In a life of every man comes a moment when he is supposed to deal with the jewelry but as far as you are playing Mafia, you can expect things to go a bit dangerous. In other words, you will be robbing a mall jewelry store. Visit Joe > suit you up with a stolen repair man uniform > follow your waypoint marker to the mall > pick the lock > get inside. I do not want to be a person who spoils all the fun, so I am just going to say this: THE NEXT INFORMATION IS A MAJOR SPOILER THAT CAN RUIN ALL THE FUN! While stealing the jewelry, a gang of Irish thugs will also crash the mall to (guess what) steal the jewelry. This will lead to a gun fight with both them and the police which is not good. What I do not like in this passage is that you will have to protect Joe (like he can’t protect himself). Well, long story short, move together with a friend that has got you in a trouble and gun fight with police and Irish gang. The good news is that you can ignore the Irish gang because the police will outnumber them. Pretty soon you are going to end up on a roof with a limited amount of ammo. Also, at a certain point Joe will single you to make the final escape. End of the chapter.

Good Spirit (20)
Complete Chapter 5.

This is story related and can’t be missed. You need to finish Chapter 5: “The Buzzsaw.”
Mission 1: “Treating a Lady”
This chapter starts with another noble act of yours. When you are out from Joe’s, you will see a young woman getting into an accident with a thug. No time to explain – grab your fists and fight the guy. Use the very same tactic you use in all your fights. Dodge and wait for him to swing. Counterblow him until he falls down. Considering the fact that the rude guy is dead, you can take his car and park it in your garage or use it to drive to Joe and Henry to start up your main objective.
Mission 2: “The Hit”
Henry needs your help and being a man of word – you are going to do what you are asked. First of all – go to an arms dealer and pick up a "buzzsaw". This is a high powered machine gun and in Italy you used to shoot from one, so don’t worry – you will know how to use it. Get back to Henry and Joe and set up an ambush. Your target is Sidney Pen "The Fat Man" and buzzsaw seems like a perfect instrument to send him back to hell. However, he will appear with his armed guards and while your buzzsaw will deal with his guards easily, the fat man will run away into the nearby winery. Luckily, you are not the man who walks away because of a little complication! Leave the buzzsaw (for some reason, you can’t take it with you), eat a sandwich to restore your health, get across the street and enter the winery. Clear the area from enemies. The strategy is simple here: hide and shoot. However, try to keep to the right side of the first room, as the enemies will set the left a blaze. Once you make your way through and the fire stops, move left to discover some collectables. Do not be shy and pick up guns left by the dead guards: shotguns, Tommy Guns, revolvers and else. Strangely, but even at a long range shotgun has a high chance of instantly killing enemies. Joe and Henry will also turn out to be very useful by drawing enemies' fire. This will allow you to make your way to back and get behind the enemy, leaving them open to a back attack. You will find the Fat Man on the very top but when killing him, Henry will be injured. Joe should take care of the insulter but now you are going to face another problem – FIRE! The whole winery is on fire and you need to get out by killing what’s left of the enemies avoiding fire. Do not get too close to the fire because it will drain your health like madness. When you get out from the burning building, get in a car and drive fast to the mob doctor. This might get really hard because:
- Henry is bleeding and every hit of a car makes him feel worse;
- Henry will die if you won’t get him to a doctor in time;
- Police is after you and they are shooting at your car. If anyone from the uniforms gets lucky – you all will die;
- You need to tail off the police in order to get to the doctor.
Drive fast but carefully, search for alternative routes and get to a mod doctor El Greco with Henry still alive. This will end the chapter.

Time Well Spent (20)
Complete Chapter 6.

This is story related and can’t be missed. You need to finish Chapter 6: “Time Well Spent.”
Mission 1: “Fight Club”
At a certain point, all the good things will come to an end and you will find yourself in a prison. Mostly, this part is all about talking and fighting. I would even say – more about fighting and proving that you are not a regular guy from the street. Your first opponent will be Brian O'Neil – an old Irish friend. Luckily, nothing has changed so far and you will still have to use the very same tactics you use in fights: dodge, hit, dodge, hit. Your fighting technique will impress Leo, an imprisoned mobster, and as far as he runs a fighting ring – you will be offered to participate in this amazing activity. And again – you will have to fight with another criminal that is also believed to be Leo’s best man but your tactics will work here too: dodge until there is an opening to counter with a quick punch (by the way – this was a training fight). After you spend another night in prison, the big day with big fights will start. You will have to participate in a prison competition and win two fights. Your first fighter is immune to heavy attacks but can’t stand quick hits. I am pretty sure that you are good with those, so just dodge, wait for the opportunity and counter attack with quick hits. Your second opponent will be a real hard to get. At least, it will look that way firstly. The second fighter uses trash talk and in order to lower his spirit opt to taunt him. You can also taunt during dodging which will allow you to spew hate while being protected. With his morale broke you can easily finish the fight as a winner.
Mission 2: “Clean Up”
A game is no good if there is no toilet shower scene. For some reason you are going to appear in a toilet scrubbing the urinals. You will have to do that for a couple of times because the guards will continually use them getting things dirty again. After you’re done scrubbing, get in the shower to wash the shame off. However, things won’t flow that easy: maybe because you are pretty or maybe because you smell good, your inmates will take a bit too much interest in you. The only way to calm them down is to beat some sense into them. You will have to beat up three prisoners in a row without even a little chance for rest. But, if you fight too long, you are probably going to be saved by the guards that will break up the fight. And don’t worry – your honor won’t be touched.
Mission 3: “End of the Rainbow”
This is the last fight you will take part in and again your opponent is O'Neil. However, this time he has a lot more health and fighting him will be a challenge. But, as long as you use your own and special fighting strategy – things will work fine: just stick with dodging and countering and he'll be dead meat.

Last Respects (30)
Complete Chapter 7.

This is story related and can’t be missed. You need to finish Chapter 7: “In Loving Memory…”
Mission 1: “Your New Home”
This is one of the shortest chapters in the game and with very little to do. Meet up with Joe and he will lead you to your new home. Not a bad way at all to show some gratitude. Don’t worry – that apartment is all yours and you do not have to pay for it. Spend some time gathering the collectables cause there will be a plenty of them. Afterwards, meet with Joe and Eddie.
Mission 2: “Night Out”
After a great party you will find out that there is a dead body in Eddie's car but he is too wasted to do a thing. So, you need to get in the car and drive it to the cemetery in order to bury the body. While cops have no idea that there is a dead body in your trunk, make sure you drive safe and break no rules. Hide the body, drive Joe and Eddie home and return to your place to finish the chapter. Crazy night, ha?

The Wild Ones (30)
Complete Chapter 8.

This is story related and can’t be missed. You need to finish Chapter 8: “The Wild Ones”
Mission 1: “Carton of Smokes”
Joe is an amazing friend – he always shows up with crazy ideas that get you into trouble and this one is not an exception: you have a huge truck loaded with cigarettes and you need to sell them all. Drive to the waypoint and start selling nicotine sticks from your truck. There are three typed of cigarettes: red, white and blue. Obviously, you are supposed to give red to those customers who ask for red, blue to those who ask for blue and white to those who ask for white. When you’re done selling on this spot, move forward to the other one and do the same. But, as you understand, you can’t just appear from nowhere and start selling cigarettes. During your last drop off, you'll be ambushed by greasers who will destroy your truck and will make a break for it. When Joe kills one of them, the car will be left for taking. Now, you have two options: you can stay and let the bad guys go away or you can chase them. Of course, chasing sounds more like fun mostly because Joe will be shooting greasers and you will be riding a hot rod. But, if possible, try not to draw cops’ attention. Either way, locate a pay phone and call Eddie to inform him that the job is a bust.
Mission 2: “Greasy”
After what greasers have done to your truck and your money, Eddie seeks for revenge. Mete with Steve at the next waypoint and you'll trash a diner – one of the greaser's hang outs. Now, do what you have to do and kill the bad guys. At your disposal you will have lots of useful tools like pistols, hand guns, explosives and soon – a machine gun. Nothing stops a bad guy like a bullet in a head. The good news is that you won’t be killing them alone and supported by Joe, Steve and Marty you will actually give them a lesson – a very good lesson. By the way, do not forget that shooting cars in the gas tanks can be very and very helpful because this trick explodes cars and this is something you might wanna use against enemies. Also, when low on health, do not forget to recover it with sandwiches and sodas lying around. Working as a team, Joe, Steve and Marty will distract a greater part of enemies and this move will open you a green way to wing greasers and surprise them with the bullet shower. When you’re done killing bad guys, steal their hot roads and take them to the docks. Return to Eddie, pay him for the stolen truck and finish another chapter.

Man of Honor (30)
Complete Chapter 9.

This is story related and can’t be missed. You need to finish Chapter 9: “Balls and Beans”
Mission 1: “Chasing Luca”
You task is simple – follow Luca. You need to stay in a certain range not to lose him. Also, don’t get too close or he might see you and, again, you will be forced to replay the mission. It might get a bit boring but if you keep the alert meter in a green zone – things will be just fine. After a couple of minutes driving all over the city, you will arrive at Clemente's slaughter house. Of course, you can’t just get inside through the front door which means you will need to a find a way to sneak in. Sewer entrance to your right will work just fine, however, after a smelly trip you will obtain an obvious stench. I know that you can’t feel it in front of your Xbox but trust me – the smell is horrible and dogs can feel it very and very precisely. So, you need to avoid them because when dogs “smell” that you are near – they will start barking and this will attract the bad guys and you do not want that. As for the rest – just progress through the mission and locate your mafia allies. As it appears – they are in a real trouble.
Mission 2: “Pay Back”
Get prepared for another fist fight cause Luca will send of his worst goons after you in a one-on-one brawl. Technically, you, as always, should concentrate on the very same fighting strategy: dodge and fight back. But, in this case you need to let him finish a two hit combo before letting up for a second. Be sure to always dodge two punches before countering with your own! After the fight you will free Tony Balls and now the two of you will have to escape this place. Tony will help you while dealing with enemies but he will use nothing else but a pistol. Well, it’s better than a crowbar but not as good as a shotgun or Tommy Gun (I’m just saying). So, arm yourself with the best guns you can and fight with the enemies.
It looks like you and your injured friend cause too much trouble and Luca will soon call for reinforcement. They can easily be taken with you and Tony fighting for your lives but from time to time Tony will expose himself to the enemy and in order to keep him alive you will have to make those guys your priority targets. After Tony and Beans get their hands on Luca, feel free to poach his car. Drive out of this creepy place and since your cloths stinks – find a store and buy yourself a suit. Head to the waypoint to finally join Falcone's family.

Complete Chapter 10.

This is story related and can’t be missed. You need to finish Chapter 10: “Room Service”
Mission 1: “Cleaning Up”
Congratulation! You are in a family now which means – more dirty work to do. Falcone wants Clemente dead once and for all and it looks like you and Joe are the only ones to be good for the job. Your task is to destroy Clemente's hotel conference room. With a bomb. Big bomb. But, of course, you can’t just get inside and drop it in the conference room. So, this is the mission when game developers offer you to play the game Hitman style. To sneak in you'll need to disguise yourself as hotel janitors. Luckily, Joe knows a man inside and he is supposed to let you in. But, as always, things do not go as planned and the man is likely not to come. So, to change this for good you will need to take the second door that is to the left side. Get inside and avoid any guards you find. Open the door Joe is waiting behind and find stuff’s changing room. Change into your new stylish outfit and move down the hall to the elevators. One of Clemente's guards will show you to a messy carpet. While you’ll be cleaning stains on the floor, Joe will take care of the bomb. But remember – you can still be recognized by the guards, so try to stay unnoticed and avoid any contact with the guards.
Mission 2: Roof Rumble
Running away you will end up on a roof. Of course, it will be secured by the guards and you will have to deal with them. Joe will hand you a new type of gun that shoots fast but its clip is rather small and you won’t be able to enjoy it a lot. But, don’t worry about that because the bad guys will be carrying Tommy Guns which will make a perfect addition to your arsenal. As you move forward, more enemies will appear on the top and bottom. Just make sure you take them from a distance. You do not want to be ambushed, do you? Once the area is cleared – move over to the window washer crane and activate the machine. Do not forget to grab a collectable on top. Now, ride the platform down and watch the fireworks. As always, your plan will fail for another time and Clemente won’t die in the blast (what a lucky guy). But, you can’t get back with the empty hands, so here’s where the massacre starts.
Mission 3: Chasing Clemente
It is not an easy thing to kill Clemente with the whole army fighting on his side. You'll be ambushed by a wave of mobsters carrying Thompson machine guns. You can kill the first one pretty easily because he will just stand in the wide open shooting at you. As for the others – they will be taking cover and so should you. After you’re done killing these fellows, take the elevator down to the lower levels to face even more bad guys. Well, here you are supposed to find lots of collectables and even during the heavy gun fighting it might be a good idea to pick them up. When you get closer to Clemente, he will escape again in his car with another one escorting him. Get in the car yourself and chaise Clemente. Joe is pretty good at shooting, so he’ll take care of the escort pretty fast.
Mission 4: Joe's Mess
Joe is pretty stressed up and will end up killing an innocent bartender. He is a friend of yours and, to some kind, your business partner. So, you will have to drag the corpse to the back ally and load it into a car. Get inside and drive Joe back to his place. But, not so fast: cops will be quickly on your trail. You can’t switch cars and it means that the chase won’t stop until you lose cops from your tail. But, if you are not in the mood and really-really want to get the cops off your back, you can pay a large bribe of several hundred dollars to end their pursuit (well, just a thought). Once Joe is safely home, take the car to Mike's junkyard and destroy it with the car crusher (there is nothing better than that). Get a car and drive home. End of the chapter.

Our Good Friend (20)
Complete Chapter 11.

This is story related and can’t be missed. You need to finish Chapter 11: “A Friend of Ours”
Mission 1: “Warning Leo”
With Clemente gone, Henry will come to you asking to join Falcone. Drive with him to Falcone's bar and a deal will be made. In order to join the family, Henry will be tasked with killing off Leo. Your mission now is to warn Leo before Henry makes it there. The trick is that Henry has taken your car and now you are supposed to find a new one. On the top of that is also has to be car that drives really and really fast. How fast are we talking? Well, no less than 60 miles per hour, otherwise – you are not going to make it in time no matter how hard you try. So, it might be a good idea to learn what cars drive fast during the game in order to get into a proper one when the clock starts ticking. I am telling you this because I was forced to replay this passage for 5 or so times as far as things have gone really complicated: firstly I was not able to find a proper car, then, when I knew the model, none of them came across and I ran for a minute or two to get into one but it was too late. Also, when you are finally in the car and things are going the way they should – try to drive fast buy watch for the cops. If you alert them and they come after you – you won’t be allowed to enter Mike’s house until you get rid of them and with the timer running this can also turn out to be fatal.
Mission 2: “Escape”
When you find Leo and warn him about the trouble, attempt to sneak him out while avoiding Henry and his help. When the coast is clear – get into one of Leo's cars and drive him to the way point. When Leo is out of the car – you can drive it to your private garage, if you want to. Leo won’t be needing this car anyway.
Mission 3: “Marital Affairs”
Your sister can’t find his husband Eric and she will ask you to help her out. Follow your waypoint and you'll locate him in an apartment. Damn, that scum is cheating on your sister and you, as her elder brother, need to teach that guy a lesson. Beat up Eric in a one-on-one fist fight. As always – the good old strategy of dodging and counter attacking will work just great.
Mission 4: “Luck of the Irish”
Revenge is a bad thing – especially when you are the victim. After returning home you'll be attacked by the Irish mob. Not only will they burn the house but also will leave you without anything: cloths, money, weapons and else. Also, you won’t be able to access your cars but they will be available from another garage which is kind of nice.
Unfortunately, with all that fire you won’t be in a position to fight and kick those Irish bast… well, you got me. So, when you are on the street – steal a car and drive to Joe. Your enemies will be on foot so do not worry – they are not likely to run after you to Joe’s apartment or steel a car to chase you. After all – they came with a bit different mission to accomplish. When you at Joe’s – talk to him, explain the situation. As you friend, he will dress you up and will give you a gun to protect yourself. Also, when in his apartment – do not forget to pick up some collectables. When you’re done – get in a car and head to the Irish's pub. When you enter the bar – the whole gang will start shooting at you, even the bartender. So, take cover and be careful. Take out the enemies on the right at first. Also, do not forget to pick up bartender’s shotgun – it will calm the rest of the bad guys down really quickly and very effectively. Impressed with your anger, the rest of the gang will take off and drive away. Get in the car and chase them. Also, you will have to deal with the police that came to see what those shots are about. But, you can use them as your allies and organize a three side battle using cops to your advantage. Destroy the remaining gang, get rid of the cops and head to your new home – Marty's apartment.

Wake Up Call (10)
Help Leo out of a tricky situation without getting caught.

Your task is to warn Leo before Henry makes it there. The trick is that Henry has taken your car and now you are supposed to find a new one. On the top of that is also has to be car that drives really and really fast. How fast are we talking? This will take you through multiple doors and you will find a barrel that you can click X next to. This will let you and Leo to run away using balcony. Get in the car and drive to the point on a map.

Chasing the Dragon (40)
Complete Chapter 12.

This is story related and can’t be missed. You need to finish Chapter 12: “Sea Gift”
Mission 1: “Dope Deal”
At a certain point, every mafia member sees that the only real profit lies in drugs. So, Henry offers you to become rich fast by buying cheap drugs from the Chinese and selling them with profit. But, in order to start the deal, you need money. Get into the car and drive to the famous and so respectful loan shark. He will lend you $30,000 but they are expected to be returned with profit. Drive to the next way point and do business with the Tongs (they happen to be a powerful Chinese gang).
Mission 2: The Sting
The trouble won’t make you wait long and when the deal is almost closed, you are going to be ambushed by the cops. But, thanks to Henry’s experience on the street, he will let you know that those are not real cops which will give you a legal permission to fight for your life. Before getting into the battle, do not forget about a few collectables scattered here and there. Let Joe and Henry take care of the bad guys – they are tough enough to survive a couple of critical hits. After that – take cover (there is little one in the upper sections, so you'll need to dash along the catwalk and descend the stairs). When you’re done with the fake cops, steal a car and make your way to the delivery waypoint. Head to the drop point and start your drug dealing career. This will end another chapter.

Chop Chop! (40)
Complete Chapter 13.

This is story related and can’t be missed. You need to finish Chapter 13: “Exit the Dragon”
Mission 1: “Walk in the Park”
You task for this mission is to meet with Henry in the park. But, you will run into an angry gang of Tongs that are desperately hunting for your head. Now, everything is pretty simple – kill them all. Don’t worry – Joe will be on your side plus there is little cover besides the car you drove in with.
Mission 2: “No Reservation”
It is not necessary but you can follow Joe’s advice and arm yourself with weapons from Harry’s shop. Even if you do not buy a thing – you will be able to obtain all the important stuff during the combat. When you’re done buying or not buying weapons from Harry, head to the restaurant and kill all the enemies in the dining area. Take cover immediately because more will approach. Finish off the foes on the upper levels. Also – watch your six because more foes will come from behind and you do not want to be injured heavily. Kill them before moving any further. Now, enter the kitchen and kill off the chefs and other gang members. Grab some food if you are low on health. After all – this is a restaurant and here they have plenty of food. After you finish cooking – move upstairs but remember that there will be an ambush. Obviously, kill them all and do not forget about the collectibles.
Mission 3: “Sneaking In”
While moving through the underground sweatshop, the best option here is to sneak behind the enemies and illuminate them with an instant death attack. But even if you get caught – you will find lots of weapons in the room to the right. Pick whatever you like and do not forget about grenades. Well – move forward and kill more enemies. Keep it in mind that every person in the building is armed to teeth and even if it’s a simple janitor – still fire at will cause he won’t wait a second to shoot at you. When you’re done dealing with the bad Chinese guys – move ahead to confront Wong. When you’re done taking lives, get outside. Well, there will be a cop ambush. Luckily, Joe will be so mad that in a few second this ambush will disappear. Get into the car and head home. This will end another chapter.
