I'm so glad I purchased Marble Blast Ultra back in the day. I hate when games get delisted from Live Arcade... especially great games like MBU. I still get on and play this a couple of hours per week. It used to be a killer mutiplayer game, with dozens of other marbles bashing the hell out of each other, shooting other players to outerspace. The power-up spawn points were always in the same place. You had some cherry pickers to deal with but the timing was random. I always liked holding on to a boost, finding a lurker, and just waiting until the power-up generated. BOOM. Cya marble, thanks for the power-up!
This game could seriously get insane sometimes. There was a downhill run that I could get down in one or two hops. And there were easter eggs that drove me insane to get.
Marble Blast Ultra was, and is, one of the best XBLA games released. Any other players out there still?
