After so many complaints, Microsoft actually changed some of the ideas of Xbox One.
A friend of mine gave me the link to this article and I must say... it changed my mind a bit.

I still wonder, can i play my Xbox One all around the world or is still restrictions for that? Also, if there are, can i do the one time registration in a Microsoft approved place and then take it back to my country?

Xbox One is now completely 100% region free.

I honestly don't know. BlackSolaris may be correct.

In the article I mentioned, it said "There is no 24 hour connection requirement and you can take your Xbox One anywhere you want and play your games, just like on Xbox 360.".
So being "Just like on Xbox 360" it may have restrictions however they may have just combined the two.

Xbox One is now completely 100% region free.

Like FordGTGuy said it is now region free, pretty sure that means it can work anyware theres an internet connection now.

Glad it's region free. Does this apply to movie playback as well? Do you think I'd have issues watching other region DVDs on it? My friend had a problem with his Xbox 360 not playing certain region 1 DVDs.
