Xbox One my fist xb1 mass issue.

it was bound to happen... my first honest issue/issues have happned and all on the same day.

1: bf4 constantly crashing and bouncing me back to home..(nothing new) isues even opening program and still network/getting in random lobby's(again nothing new)
2: netflix not going hd.. some video's/tv shows/series will only load to 99% mostly video's i have already watched.. tv show issues are on series..
3:amazon prime. having similar issues as netflix..(tried to see if it was a netflix thing) tried 2 tv series having the same 99% issues.. random shows work but not ones already tied to my account.
4: nfl app wont even load. keeps giving me the same time out error. blue screen loads and spinning wheel pops up and it just locks up.

5:smartglass will keep connecting and loging off while in netflix/amazon.. amazon is more stable


i have yet to put ac4 in or forza5 today. mainly wanted to get some bf4 time in..

I hope these don't turn out to be major/ongoing/widespread problems. I knew about the Battlefield 4 problems but have been lucky enough not to have any since I've had the console and game over the weekend. Netflix has been running fine, though, knock on wood!!

I've had a couple of times where things weren't working right. I just did the hard restart and I worked itself out. Good luck with the support team if you have to go that route. I had a problem adding my son's account to the Xbone, and they were worthless.

Don't all those things have to do with your network connection or Xbox Live and things like that?

Could just be an internet problem. Not saying it is, but how do things play that don't need a connection
or Live?

I totally agree with u. I feel it falls somewhere between connection but mainly with their servers.

I have Comcast blast internet hard lined to my docsis 3.0 Motorola SURFboard eXtream and I live in a area where I get great connection. Still I have the same issues as sc shark.

I'm sure they are still fixing bugs in there servers. At times I have no problems then certain times I can't even get into a lobby and if it even tries to throw me in one it freezes up on me then I have to eject my disk and start over. Its really annoying. They deffenently have to fix this issue. The update almost seems to done nothing if not make it worse lol.

I guess it's still a work in progress for Microsoft. It's fairly new so bugs are to be expected. I have my own set of problems with this new console but I got it resolved by reading some tips online. I hope they could find a way to end all the issues with the console by next month.

i think it was just compounded issues to be honest.

at 3/4am everything was working fine.. netflix,nfl,amazon all were working fine.

while i had the issues i was able to get on amazon and watch a few video's without issue but the ones i wanted to get on did not work.. it was just a random occurance..


my internet was working fine. usually when my xbox goes down my laptop is next to me and is working fine. i wasnt bashing xbox or anything just saying it was my first issue to date.

it was an isolated thing last night around 2am ish.

everything was working fine at 4am and all day today.. heck ill go one further just did a 2 hour bf4 run with 0 bumps or issues... unlocked a gold battlpack even
