Xbox One New One Netflix Update

Anyone else having quite a few problems with the voice control functions on Netflix after their new update?
It's a struggle, and am very disappointed with it.
The only plus I take from it is the fact that they brought back the "my list" section.

No problem with voice controls well not anymore than normal anyways.

But I'm having a issue with using it in snap mode it freezes and you can hear audio but picture freezes or it stops playing and says go to Full screen tried using it while playing Diablo.

as far as my watch list it never left justwant first one.

Brought "back" the My List section? We never lost it. I hate the update; I don't like the new layout. Voice commands are pretty much impossible, but then, I was already having issues with that.

the user interface is how 95% of the other divers are layed out.. it was a matter of time before it translated over to xb1..

So far since I have gotten my console I have not really had any problems with the voice controls. I will have to check to see if my netflix is working. I normally use Netflix on my PS3.

I know and that's what makes it even worse. I hate that layout and now I can't get away from it regardless of stream device or app. Netflix is like that, Hulu is like that, etc. I wish you could choose from one of two or maybe even one of three layouts. Or get a preview of how the update will affect you and opt out if you want to. Something. Anything!

I haven't had any problems with Netflix with this update or others on the One. Likewise, I don't have any qualms with the design of the app. I guess I'm just lucky, although I've had other issues with different apps on the Xbox One. The design doesn't bother me too much. All I care about is that I can access the content without having to wait forever for it to start playing.

You're not the only one having voice-control issues. I can't voice-control Netflix at all now, especially when it does that, "Are you still watching?" crap. I can deal with that on Pandora since it's free but come on! I'm paying for Netflix; I shouldn't have to keep saying, "Yes, I'm still watching!"

i think amazon prime is crap as far as layout and navigation.. and i really hate how amazon will show u a title but than gives u the option to buy/rent it.. i dont use amazon as a rental program nore would i buy a digital content of a movie... if i wanted to rent id go redbox app

netflix ui is the same accross the board its streamline... other devices use the same layout.. i seen this change comming 5 months ago when the tv app was different than my xb1.. thechange may be a little different but its really the same imo.
what does such with netflix is they made the picture of the title smaller as well as adding a ton of because you wated this or we recommend this or the facebook is watching this.(i dont even have facebook on my xb1 so why would i care what facebook people are doing) i would really like them to stick to a general category. action,adventure,horror,anime,romance ectect.. even if its 12 -20 categories.. and i hate seeing the same title in mutiple recommendations... it does not fool me into thinking you have a huge library..

All you do on that screen is say "Xbox Play."

My biggest issues with this are the dumbed-down voice control functions, and also the fact that when I switch to other apps for a while, and come back, it says "Exiting..." and then closes Netflix all together. Then, when I open it again, it takes forever, and it usually doesn't save my progress to where I left off. I have been watching a series and I always have to scroll through the episodes and find the one I want. It should just remember. The old one did.

This needs a serious change, and soon. How is this update so much worse than the old version?

I swear it seems like every time I log into Netflix on the One there is something different about it. Today all of a sudden auto play/continuous play has stopped and I have to manually tell it to play every episode. What gives?

I know what you mean. I hate it when a new episode of a TV show loads and then five seconds into it the screen goes dark and you have to cut your controller on, wait for it to stop blinking, and then select "Yes."

I was having this problem, too, but I think it was coming from the fact that I was just cutting the One off without exiting Netflix first. Do you do that? If so, exit Netflix first and then cut your One off. The next time you try to load it, it shouldn't freeze up.
