Xbox One Nhl 15

Just downloaded the demo of this one threw the store... Its release is Sept 9th, although didn't see a thread for this game under the game tags...

So far the gameplay is nice... and finally a hockey game for next gen. The graphics are stunning... the commentary with Doc is almost life like when they showed him for the first time... it was like watching tv. I am not use to the controls yet, but did score two goals in pitching a shutout... nothing to hard and I will probably pick this one up since I am a hockey fan... overall it was fun to play and since its the first next gen hockey game, I will get it.... I will get use to the controls... even won my first fight... replay shots are nice and fans even heckle players in the box... really nice touch... anyone else played it yet?

i seen the demo last night but didn't dowload it.. i may try it.. glad you enjoyed it

Has anyone picked this up yet? I was going to tomorrow, but I have read some reviews and they say that a lot of features are missing, like the ability to play a season as your favorite team? Are you kidding me... why would they take that out? Playing for the cup in a long season to see how you do is about the only reason to play games like this.... has anyone got the game that can confirm this????

watched a twitch guy who is top 10 in nhl15 and has been on other nhl games... he eeps saying the learning curve is much different the controls and what not are not the same as previous nhl games. i guess if you jump in on next gen and learn it would be a fresh start and be ok but for the older nhl players it seems allot of adjusting to get comfortable.
